Re-Growing Celery and Green Onions: Update

So a of couple weeks ago I posted a blog about re-growing your own celery by cutting off the base of it and soaking it in water. Well here is an update on how that is going…

Look, it has roots now!

I also mentioned in the past post that you could re-grow your green onions as well. Just cut off the tips and put them in a glass of water until they sprout roots and then plant them! Check out these bad boys, they are now in the ground!
